Performance Checks Before Peak Traffic
Black Friday. Cyber Monday. The Super Bowl. Peak traffic events are the ultimate test of your infrastructure. If you're not testing for load before the spike hits, you're planning to fail.

1. Define Your Baseline
You can't improve what you don't measure. We start by establishing a performance baseline under normal load. Metrics like Response Time, Throughput, and Error Rate gave us our 'normal'.
2. Stress Testing
We push the system until it breaks. Knowing the breaking point—whether it's CPU, Memory, or Database Connections—allows us to set up auto-scaling rules that actually work.
3. Chaos Engineering
What happens if a region goes down? What if latency spikes? We inject failures into the system during testing to ensure resilience. If a service fails, it should fail gracefully, not cascade into a total outage.
