Global businesses don't sleep, and neither should your quality assurance. But "following the sun" is easier said than done. Here is our blueprint for seamless, round-the-clock testing.

"Bugs don't work 9-5. Neither do we."
1. The Handoff Protocol

The biggest risk in 24/7 operations is information loss during shift changes. We mandate a rigid handoff protocol: status of active runs, blocking issues, and environment health must be documented and signed off by the incoming lead.

2. Collaborative Environment

Teams in Lahore, London, and New York need to feel like one unit. We use shared Slack channels, unified JIRA dashboards, and video standups that overlap shifts to build rapport and context.

3. Automated Alerts

When a critical test fails at 3 AM, you don't want to wait for the 9 AM team to notice. We integrate our test runners with PagerDuty to alert the on-call engineer immediately for Sev-1 issues.

True 24/7 coverage isn't just about having bodies in seats; it's about having a process that never drops the ball.
